By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms govern your (the “Customer” or “you”) access to Payslip Converter’s services (“Service”) at https://payslip-converter.com/ (the “Site”), which is operated by Spencer Robertson, trading as Payslip Converter, ABN 84 593 942 865 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you accept these Terms in full.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Payslip Converter allows you to upload PDF payslips for conversion to Excel (XLS or XLSX). While we strive for accuracy, conversion results may vary depending on PDF quality, format, embedded fonts, or scanning errors. The Service is provided “as‑is”—accuracy not guaranteed for all file types.
You can select a monthly subscription plan at sign-up. Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method each period. You must keep your payment information current. If a payment fails, access may be suspended until it’s resolved.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; billing will reflect the new rate from your next billing cycle.
You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting support. All early cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any payments, including but not limited to subscription fees, unused time, or accidental purchases. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy. If you believe you have been charged in error or require billing support, please contact us at spencer839@gmail.com
You agree not to upload documents that infringe rights or contain malicious content. Only payslips you are fully authorised to convert may be uploaded. Compliance with all applicable laws rests with you.
Our Privacy Policy governs collection, use and retention of your personal data. Uploaded files remain encrypted in transit and at rest. We delete data according to schedules in that policy.
All Site content, design, software, and functionality are owned by us. You retain ownership of uploaded payslips and converted files. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to temporarily store, process, and delete your files as needed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is capped at the total fees paid by you during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss.
You cannot exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under law, such as for breaches of ACL’s statutory guarantees regarding services.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or applicable law. On termination, remaining funds are handled per section 4 or as required by law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated via email or Site notification. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, regardless of your location. You agree to submit to the courts of Perth for any legal proceedings.
